Welcome to my home!
Our charming 65 sqm home is a gem in the heart of Glasnevin. Its central location and access to urban attractions make it an ideal place to stay for a memorable Dublin experience.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a furnished and charming living space, perfect for relaxing. The living room has one sofa where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city, as well as a TV to watch all your favourite shows.
The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery to cook delicious homemade meals and another dining table where you can dine with loved ones.
The first bedroom features a comfortable UK double bed, while the second features two UK single beds. All three beds are dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep for guests.
The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Glasnevin is a residential suburb on Dublin's Northside, approximately 3 kilometers from the city center. Established along the River Tolka, it is renowned for landmarks such as the National Botanic Gardens and Glasnevin Cemetery, the latter being the final resting place of many notable Irish figures. The area offers a mix of housing styles, from large period houses to mid-20th-century builds, catering to diverse family sizes. Residents enjoy ample green spaces, including Griffith Park, and benefit from amenities like restaurants, pubs, and proximity to educational institutions such as Dublin City University's main campus. Well-connected by public transport, Glasnevin provides a tranquil yet accessible living environment.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
