Villa Arete consists of a Main House and two fully independent Guest Houses, all connected by a scenic outdoor pathway.
Main House
The Main House is designed to maximize the spectacular sea views, featuring a spacious living room, dining area, kitchen, 3 en-suite bedrooms, and a guest toilet. Each room is carefully designed to take advantage of the surrounding beauty and provide a luxurious living experience.
Guest Houses 1 & 2
The Guest Houses are independent but conveniently located near the Main House, accessible via the outdoor pathway. Each guest house includes a living room, kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and external terraces, providing ample privacy and comfort for guests.
Outdoor Spaces
Villa Arete offers exceptional outdoor living spaces that showcase the Aegean Sea and the islands of Naxos, Iraklia, Ios, and Folegandros. The outdoor features include:
A 12×5 meter swimming pool
