The nearby slopes are ideal for intermediate and experienced skiers. Some higher slopes offer skiing later in the season, sometimes up to early May. All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep. During the summers, enjoy the stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, white water rafting, golf, rock climbing, paragliding and horse riding.
The village is home to some excellent restaurants and bars to suit all budgets. For self-catering, ArgentiĂšreâs weekly market is on Sunday mornings (in season) for the freshest local produce. Chamonixâs market, Place du Mont Blanc (12-minute drive), takes place every Saturday morning throughout the year.
