Check-in Identification:
At check-in, it is MANDATORY to present a valid identification document for each guest. The documents will be recorded for the mandatory communication to the Police Headquarters, as required by current regulations.
Rental Agreement:
It is MANDATORY to SIGN A TOURIST RENTAL AGREEMENT, which you will find attached to these rules for a preliminary review. By confirming the booking, the guest declares full acceptance of all conditions of this contract. These conditions will be formally signed at check-in, prior to the handover of the keys. The contract is perfected only upon the guest’s signature at check-in, and without such a signature, entry to the property will not be permitted. Failure to comply with any of the conditions will result in the immediate termination of the contract and the forced removal of the guest from the property.
Tourist Tax:
The tourist tax, amounting to €5 per day per person, must be paid in cash at check-in, in accordance with the municipal regulations applicable to short-term rentals in the city of Naples, which apply to the Correra Charme property.
Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00.
Safety Devices:
The apartment is equipped with safety devices (smoke detectors, gas and carbon monoxide detectors, and a fire extinguisher). It is prohibited to tamper with or deactivate these devices.
Liability:
The Landlord is not responsible for theft or the loss of personal belongings.
Damage Reporting:
Any damages to the property must be reported immediately. Repair costs will be charged to the Guest if caused by negligence or improper use.

This Agreement governs the temporary rental of the property located at Via Francesco Saverio Correra 60, CAP 80135, Naples (NA), identified by the following cadastral data:

The rental is stipulated exclusively for tourism purposes, in accordance with the laws and regulations in force regarding short-term rentals.
The property is rented for the period specified in the reservation (check-in / check-out) and is automatically terminated upon the Guest’s check-out.
Article 1: Object of the Agreement
The Landlord leases to the Guest the aforementioned property for a stay exclusively for tourism purposes, for the period between [start date] and [end date], under the conditions set forth in this Agreement.
The apartment, located on the second floor without an elevator, is furnished and consists of:
A spacious double bedroom with a balcony overlooking Via Francesco Saverio Correra.
A small bedroom with a bunk bed.
A well-equipped dining kitchen.
An elegant living room with a single sofa bed.
A modern bathroom with a shower.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating, as well as safety systems, including a carbon monoxide detector, smoke detectors, a gas detector in the kitchen, a fire extinguisher, and a safety box.
Article 2: Price, Tourist Tax, and Payment Methods
The total rental price for the booked period includes all taxes and additional charges, except for the security deposit, if required.
The total amount must be paid exclusively through the payment system of the platform (VRBO) before the Guest’s arrival.
In addition to the rental price, the Guest is required to pay a tourist tax of €5 per day per person, to be paid separately at check-in, in accordance with the municipal regulations applicable to short-term rentals in the city of Naples, which apply to the Correra Charme property.
If required, the security deposit amounts to € [___] and will be returned at the end of the stay, subject to any damage to the property or furnishings.
Article 3: Duration of the Rental and Termination of the Agreement
The rental is limited to the period specified above and is automatically terminated upon the Guest’s check-out, without the need for formal notice.
The Landlord reserves the right to immediately terminate the agreement in case of any violation of the house rules or applicable laws.
Article 4: Guest’s Obligations
The Guest undertakes to:
Use the property exclusively for tourism purposes and not engage in any commercial or professional activity.
Not assign or sublet the agreement or the property, in whole or in part, to third parties.
Adhere to the house rules, which include:
No smoking inside the property.
No pets allowed, unless prior authorization is obtained from the Landlord.
No events, parties, or noisy activities without explicit consent.
It is prohibited to leave food and trash inside the property upon departure.
Trash must be disposed of in the bins located outside the condominium.
Maintain the property in good condition and return it in the same condition in which it was received.
Article 5: Damage to the Property
The Guest undertakes to report any damages, defects, or malfunctions in the property within 24 hours of arrival.
In case of damages caused by the Guest:
The amount necessary for repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit (if applicable).
If the deposit is insufficient or was not required, the Guest will be responsible for paying the necessary amount for compensation.
The Landlord reserves the right to conduct an inspection of the damages before determining the amount due.
Article 6: Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: from 14:00 to 22:00.
Check-out: by 11:00.
Any changes to these times must be agreed upon in advance with the Landlord and are subject to availability.
Article 7: Force Majeure and Liability
The Landlord is not responsible for any damages or inconveniences suffered by the Guest in the case of force majeure events (natural disasters, fires, unforeseen malfunctions, etc.).
The Landlord is not liable for the loss or damage of the Guest’s personal belongings during the stay.
Article 8: Privacy and Personal Data Processing
The Guest’s personal data will be processed exclusively for the management of the tourist rental, in compliance with current privacy regulations (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR).
Article 9: Dispute Resolution
The parties agree to amicably resolve any disputes arising from this Agreement.
If an amicable resolution is not possible, the competent jurisdiction will be Naples.
