This stunning large house is getting a major revamp to evoke a relaxed spa-like calmness. We're embracing the stunning trees and nature around us, to provide a tranquil retreat away from it all.

With 16 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms (most of which are ensuite) three large lounge areas and a conservatory that's perfect for meals and games, there's plenty of space to enjoy time with friends, family, loved-ones and colleagues.

Holly House is a truly stunning house that’s designed for enjoying time together in a relaxed space. And the number of bedrooms used can be adapted to accommodate your group size, the minimum number of people is 23 (and that's what we price for), additional guests are charged per person up to a total of 38 people.

The large house, is spread over four floors and while it will take a little while to find your way around, before long you’ll feel right at home.

One the ground floor there are two living rooms with large TVs and an enormous conservatory that serves as dining area, yoga studio, meeting room or an event space (with prior approval) - it’s completely flexible.

There’s also a billiards room and the kitchen, where function meets style - perfect for any holiday accommodation. Whether you're planning a family reunion or hosting a large group, our catering kitchen is designed with a sleek stainless steel industrial look that doesn't compromise on functionality. With ample space for external caterers, I’m sure your culinary adventures will be nothing short of spectacular.​

Equipment provided includes: oven, stove top, bean to brew coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. All items in this kitchen are catering kitchen quality and ideal for large groups and outside caterers.


FIRST FLOOR
On the first floor there are nine bedrooms and bathrooms, and it’s in the bedrooms where the major changes are taking place. If you are a group of 23 people, these bedrooms will be left open for you, the vast majority of beds on this floor can be configured either as Super king bed two single beds:

The Ash Room (sleeps 2 to 3 people) - Super king (or twin singles) plus an additional single bed with an en-suite shower room
The Maple Room (sleeps 2 people) - Super king (or twin singles) and en-suite shower room
The Cedar Room (sleeps 2 people) - King bed and en-suite shower room
The Spruce Room (sleeps 2 people) - Super king (or twin singles) and en-suite shower room
The Oak Suite (sleeps 2 to 3 people) - Super king (or twin singles) with an additional single bed and en-suite bathroom
The Sycamore Suite (sleeps 2 to 3 people) - Super king (or twin singles) plus an additional single bed and an en-suite bathroom
The Weeping Willow (sleeps 2 people) - Super king (or twin singles) and en-suite shower room
The Pine Tree (sleeps 2 people) - Super king (or twin singles) – shared shower room
The Beech Tree (sleeps 2 people) - Super king (or twin singles) – shared shower room

If you want to have single-occupancy in bedrooms, there will be additional fees associated with opening additional bedrooms - as obviously our costs change in this situation).

Anyway - now we’ve detailed the bedrooms and bathrooms - what else is there to do?

In addition to the billiards room - downstairs we have installed a cinema room with large screen TV that can be used for the PS4 (kid’s will love it) and Karaoke. Alternatively, it’s another area for rest and relaxation.

Outside, you’ll find 8 acres of park and woodland to enjoy. Take in the stunning views from our panoramic terrace. Enjoy the hot tub all year round and swim spa (summer only) - additional fees apply. Or enjoy a night roasting marshmallows either in our arctic lodge or around the fire pit.

This a truly a flexible property - we do host weddings (and have a wedding license), you can have an event (we will need to know who is coming and how many people, additional fees apply when more than 23 people are staying and non-staying guests) and we’re ideal for corporate get-aways.

Finally - this is not a property for boisterous parties. But, if you’re a group looking to connect, talk relax and have fun together. With that in mind - we do have a noise management protocol in place and more details are contained the security section.

Designed to accommodate groups of between 23 and 40 people, our spacious private residence boasts 14 bathrooms and 16 uniquely themed bedrooms, each paying homage to a different Hollywood icon.

The price displayed is for 23 people, based on guests sharing nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms (the other bedrooms and bathrooms will be locked, but you'll still have access to all of the communal rooms). For larger groups, there is a supplement for each individual up to a maximum of 40 guests. We'll open more bedrooms and bathrooms as required to meet your needs. (sorry there isn't a choice of which bedrooms we open) .

Escape to our beautifully designed Living Rooms, where comfort meets elegance. Offering two distinct living spaces alongside a dining area/conservatory/bar that can host up to 90 guests, our accommodation creates the ideal atmosphere for your holiday festivities. For added entertainment, indulge in our games room equipped with a pool table and a basement casino – the perfect ingredients for an unforgettable stay.

There is a total of 14 bathrooms, spread over three floors. Many are en suite bathrooms (please see bedroom breakdown) and either have showers or baths.

The Basement is home to a lovely Casino area (don't worry no money changes hands!). But, enjoy a games night with a professional croupier to steal the evenings entertainment. On the ground-floor is a billiards table for you to enjoy.
