This cosy duplex apartment with terrace is located in Orzola, a picturesque and peaceful fishing village in the north of Lanzarote that reflects the most genuine character of the island.
With capacity for 4 people and decorated in a simple and functional way, this flat of almost 65mÂČ has two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a charming terrace perfect for relaxing after an intense day, enjoying the wildest and most impressive area of the island.
This bright duplex offers everything you need for a perfect stay. On the ground floor, the open concept kitchen connects to a spacious living-dining room with two comfortable vintage sofas, Smart TV and fibre Wifi. From here you can access the cosy 15mÂČ terrace, the ideal place to relax and share unforgettable moments with family or friends.
On the second floor, designed for privacy and comfort, is the spacious master bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and large windows that flood the space with light and offer splendid views of the Valle Chico wildlife reserve. There is also a second bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom with shower.
The property is close to La CanterĂa beach, ideal for surfing, and the magical CaletĂłn Blanco beach, accessible by a beautiful path of lava and tabaibas along the coast.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, washing machine, hot water boiler, microwave with grill, toaster, kettle, juicer and coffee maker, as well as the essential utensils for a comfortable stay. There is also a hairdryer and iron, iron and ironing board, towels and sheets.
For families with babies, a cot and highchair are provided at no extra cost for the first baby, ensuring a comfortable and carefree stay.
There are stairs inside.
Free parking is available nearby.
Snorkelling, surfing and hiking (trekking poles at the property) can be done nearby, and board games can be found on the property.
