Vårt hem, beläget på den attraktiva Singer Island, är en rymlig villa med en privat pool och en vacker utsikt över den intracoastal lagunen och Little Munyon Island. Huset ligger en kort promenad (~ 10 min) från den sandiga atlantiska stranden för bad och snorkling. Singer Island erbjuder flera strandparker och många möjligheter till vattenaktiviteter som snorkling, kajakpaddling, paddling, fiske och fågelskådning. Massor av restauranger och shopping med PGA Blvd i närheten.
Utrymmet

Höjdpunkter i närheten inkluderar Phil Foster Park med en av Floridas bästa snorkel- och dykplatser strax utanför stranden (bäst vid högvatten), Peanut Island med fantastiskt barnvänligt snorkling och John D MacArthur Beach State Park med en underbar strand och ett system med öar och laguner för kajakpaddling eller paddling ombord.
Gäståtkomst

Vi har två Hobie Kona-kajaker (vardera för en eller två personer) som våra gäster kan använda för att utforska den intrakustala lagunen. Grundläggande strandutrustning tillhandahålls (svalare, parasoll, snorkelutrustning för 3-4 personer, solstolar och en boogiebräda). En Weber kolgrill finns också.

Winter break

Couples Trip to Spring Training & Beach

Good, quiet location with easy access to beach, restaurants, spring training fields, etc. Listing is completely accurate. Owner was very proactive in communication. Property is older and might be an issue for some but worked fine for us (three couples). Kitchens, baths, bedrooms had the most amenities and supplies of any VRBO property that we had ever visited.

Girls weekend

Wonderful location. Quiet neighborhood. It is as described. Easy to get to beach. Kayaks were easy to take in and out. Owner extremely responsive. So nice that bedrooms were in one side of house and living areas on the other side. This was great for early risers and late night people.

Great stay

Great stay despite poor water conditions at dive sites. 😢 Lots of other things to do, with everything you need to have(ie beach towels, etc). The house is great for a family or a few friends. Plenty of communal space for gathering as well as privacy for all. Well stocked kitchen, customary spices, oil, vinegar, salt, etc. easy to cook in or eat out. We’ll stay again.

Fun in the sun in Springer Island

Property was clean and walking distance to beautiful beach, fishing at the bridge, and some restaurants. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. House stocked with all essentials in addition to kayaks, bikes, and beach supplies. Owner is very responsive and included useful information.

Amazing Vacation

We had an amazing stay at Mattias’s home. The house was larger than expected and included everything you need for an excellent vacation! The location is wonderful, view of the inter coastal across the street and easy access for kayaks and our paddle boards we brought. Also a quick walk to the beach. Mattias was quick to communicate and sent great directions and suggestions for local attractions and activities. Our family of 5 had plenty of space, and we would love to stay here again the next time we visit Singer Island!

The house was very clean and comfortable. We loved the pool and the location- beautiful views of Lake Worth, easy walk to the ocean, close to MacArthur Park and Palm Beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Location

This house has an amazing location on singer island. It is right on the water and a short walk/drive from the beach access. The rooms are fairly spacious and the general "living" space is ample. We traveled with three teenagers and they enjoyed the pool area in the back of the house daily. The owner was easily accessible via mobile and responded quickly to any questions I had both before our visit and during our stay.

Good overall

We enjoyed our time at this house on Singer Island. The house was spacious and located just 5 minutes from the beach. It was well equipped with kitchen accessories and beds were fine. The only downer was the towels which were old and worn but overall certainly didn’t ruin our trip. A solid B+!

The House with a view

Beautiful view of the intercoastal. Easy access to the beach. You can walk to Coconuts (ocean view) and other restaurants. Carmines’s is only 11 minutes away (amazing gourmet shop). We loved our stay.

We were looking for quite a while for a suitable vacation house on the Atlantic coast of Florida. We immediately fell in love with this house because of the lovely pool, the beautiful water views and the easy access to a wealth of natural wonders nearby by foot or kayak.
