Casita Àr ansluten till vÄrt hem men Ätskilda av tvÄ garage. Det Àr en sydvÀstra ranch omgiven av alfalfa fÀlt och mycket stora gamla tillvÀxt cottonwood trÀd. Casita ligger inuti den gateda innergÄrden vÀggen, som ger sÀkerhet och lugn. Det finns inga grannar nÀra ranchen, vi kompenseras frÄn slutet av vÀgen Cul de Sac med nÀstan 1/4 mil. Poolen ligger i bakgÄrden av huvudbyggnaden och Àr lÀmplig för anvÀndning frÄn minnesdagen till arbetsdagen. Wildflower Gardens förbÀttrar sevÀrdheterna och dofterna i vÀstra Colorado samt ger gott om mat för fjÀrilar, honungsbina och kolibrier. Flera körningar av druvor vinstockar linje grÀsmarket pÄ baksidan av fastigheten. Det finns mÄnga sÀtt att njuta av promenader och cykelturer lÀngs Highline-kanalen och lokala vÀgar eftersom trafiken Àr minimal i vÄrt omrÄde. Peaceful casita at the end of the road. We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful private place outside of Fruita. The host welcomed us and showed us around. Everything was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped, beautiful bathroom, nice combined seating and dinner area and a very comfortable bed. It was a fantastic experience.

Wonderful and peaceful stay!

My husband and I needed a safe, comfortable place to stop on our way moving across country and we got just that! The hosts met us upon arrival and were so kind and hospitable! Comfortable bed, shower, and so quiet! :) would definitely come back!

Honeymoon getaway

Comfortable Stay

Thank you for the lovely stay. It was very peaceful and cozy for two adults and a toddler. Communication was great, we appreciate the kindness shown towards us. The pool was fun, and the bed was very comfortable.

Fantastic - just loved it.

Thanks so much for the overnight stay. We loved the location and room was just as pictured. So nice and peaceful. We visited Colorado National monument the next morning and Wow, don't miss that...great hike and views. Thanks, Rob for such a nice stay. We will be back.

Peaceful Country Retreat

Rob and Krista have a really special place that is comfy and cozy and had everything as listed. They were very attentive to my needs and had great communication. After booking they gave detailed instructions on how to find the location and check into the property. Krista greeted me upon arrival and showed me the lovely little casita and how to use appliances. I would definitely consider coming back!

The absolutely perfect casita!

The perfect “home away from home.” Stunning property off the beaten path. The casita was immaculate and very comfortable. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. Just bring your food if you don’t plan to eat out every meal. The owners were friendly and helpful. We could not have had a better experience! And the sweetest dog greeted us everyday.

Beautiful Casita

I needed a place to have an outdoor photoshoot and thought this property would be a great fit. I asked the owner if I could use the outdoor space before booking. We used the Casita to change clothes in. It was spacious, beautiful and extremely clean. The property itself was gorgeous and located in a peaceful location. Would definitely recommend this VRBO. I hope to continue to use it for other photoshoots several times a year.

Awesome quiet / peaceful property!

Rob was great! He was available when we needed him but we felt like we had the privacy we wanted. The property is beautiful and the pool and garden area are spectacular. The heated pool was the perfect temperature and always clean even with some high winds one day. Rob went out of his way to respond with any questions or requests. He even searched the Casita for a misplaced sentimental necklace after we left and FOUND it! My wife was so relieved! We will definitely return when next we visit the Grand Junction area!

Appears nice on outside but not worth the money

Dissapointed, Their dog started barking at 6 AM and didnt stop until I got up to find him. That was after a sleepless night from an old, very loud swamp cooler, right above my face while sleeping. The owner asked me not to turn the swamp cooler to cool, even tho the guest room was unbearably hot. He said the room would cool down at night, which it does not without turning the swamp cooler to cool! Although I paid for a room I could sleep in, for his convenience, I couldnt use the swamp cooler to cool the room. He also lists a pool but makes it so you have to go out of your way to ask him, so again we found it uncomfortable to use because he acts like its an inconvenience. This host is good at making you uncomfortable enough to have unpleasant stay! Thankfully only one night of that. Felt ripped off :(

My partner and I fell in love with this place-we consider it in our top 2 favorite places as far as short-term rentals. we love how quiet and peaceful the location is, and the casita was more beautiful than the pictures on the listing. We met Rob, the owner, who is very friendly and helpful. We would love to stay here anytime we are in the area.

Wonderfully Peaceful

Rob and Krista were super accommodating. I didn't have a crate to put my dog Titan in, but they were flexible and let him go without. Titan met their dog and enjoyed going on off-leash walks around the property.
