This charming one bedroom apartment is located in the quiet and popular area of Los Boliches in Fuengirola, ideal for those looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday with all amenities within easy reach. Perfect for couples or families, the flat offers a warm and comfortable atmosphere to make you feel at home.
The apartment has a spacious and bright bedroom equipped with two single beds and a wardrobe, ensuring a restful sleep throughout your stay.
In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed, TV and access to a small private terrace with sea views, where you can enjoy a drink in the open air or simply relax after a day at the beach.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes everything you need to prepare your meals. The bathroom is complete with bathtub, washbasin and towels for your comfort. There is also air conditioning and wifi to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable all year round.
Relax and enjoy the sun in the communal swimming pool, ideal for a refreshing swim or relaxing moments in a peaceful environment.
Fully equipped with everything you need for a self-catering stay:

The apartment has an excellent location, on the Paseo Maritimo of Fuengirola, where you can enjoy the beautiful beaches, and within walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shops. It is also very well connected with public transport, which will allow you to easily explore other areas of the Costa del Sol.
This apartment is the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable holiday on the Costa del Sol.
Malaga airport is 25 km away.
We have an excellent taxi service that will pick you up and take you directly to the flat (please ask for details), we also collaborate with local car hire companies who offer very competitive prices.
Things to know:
-The apartment is strictly non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
-Please use the air conditioning responsibly. Do not leave it on when you are not in the flat and do not leave doors or windows open when in use.
-Please do not leave the key in the door lock, as we may have to call the locksmith and you will be responsible for payment.
Please arrange check-in at least one day before your arrival. In case of late check-in (after 22.00h) a surcharge may apply.
Check in is from 15.00h and check out is until 11.00h unless previously agreed with us.
