The house, which was built in 1995, was thoroughly renovated in 2025, ensuring modern facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. With a plot area of 1200 m2 and a house area of 75 m2, there is plenty of space to enjoy a relaxing stay.
The holiday home can accommodate up to 6 people, making it perfect for a holiday with family or friends. There are three bedrooms, including two with double beds and one with a single bed, so there is room for both couples and individuals. Each room is bright and inviting, with a focus on comfort and relaxation. The bathroom is well-equipped with underfloor heating, a shower and a toilet, making it a pleasant place to freshen up after a long day.
The covered terrace and the open terrace are perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a cozy dinner under the stars. There is also a barbecue available so you can prepare delicious meals outdoors. The terrace is an ideal place for the children to play while the adults relax and enjoy the fresh air.
The house is equipped with modern facilities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You will find an energy-saving heat pump, which can also function as air conditioning and underfloor heating on the bathroom, so you can adjust the temperature according to your needs.
