The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and utensils, including an electric hob, oven and a coffee machine, so you can prepare delicious meals with ease.

The bathroom is thoughtfully stocked with clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

Professionally cleaned for your comfort, the studio is located on Pedestrian street and has some stairs to access it.

Set in the stunning landscape of Madeira, Câmara de Lobos offers several attractions nearby. Just a short drive away is the Cabo Girão Skywalk, one of the highest cliffs in Europe, offering breathtaking ocean views from its glass platform.

For hiking enthusiasts, the Levada do Norte trail winds through lush vegetation and terraced vineyards, highlighting the region's natural charm. Additionally, the nearby Rancho Cable Car provides panoramic views of the coast and surrounding landscapes, ensuring an unforgettable experience for visitors.

The apartment is located in a peaceful and tranquil area, just 10 minutes by car from Funchal. For dining, don't miss the opportunity to try the nearby restaurant ‘As Vidas,’ which is just a short walk from the house.

The city of Funchal is just a 10-minute drive away.

The Madeira Airport Airport is just a 30-minute drive.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
