The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable vacation, all the equipment is electric, you don't have to worry about gas, the hot water is also electric thermos. We have 2 elevators that help with mobility up to the 6th floor

Guests have full access to all areas of the house.

Guests can move around our small town very easily, by car, bicycle or just on foot, for its tours.
right in front of the building there is a large car park, which is normally free.

We also have here in the building the agency CaparicaVillas that, in addition to welcoming you very well, recommends all the places to visit and of interest for your shopping, or simply rent a bike or arrange your transfer to the airport.

Check-in time is until 20:00, if for any reason guests have to arrive after that time. will have to contact the host in order to schedule their check-in time, knowing in advance that there will be an additional cost per hour that starts at 10am from 8pm and goes up to €20 until 00.00.
You can also opt for our transfer service which is done with a private driver in a 9-seater mercedes Black van where you will have all the comfort and safety including chairs for the smallest children, this service also has an extra cost that will vary from the time of arrival of customers and the number of people to be transported, the value starts at €50 and will never exceed €90.
this service can be used by any guest regardless of their time of arrival as it is an added comfort that you will have and avoids long waits for a taxi at the airport.
