Located in the heart of Barzio, a picturesque mountain village, this home is an authentic retreat near the renowned ski slopes of Piani di Bobbio and just a 15-minute drive from the stunning Lake Como. The apartment features a bright living room with access to a large balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed, the second with a double bed. Well-equipped and spacious, it can comfortably accommodate groups of up to five people, ensuring a comfortable stay.
Among the services offered to our guests, you will find a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with all comforts, as well as Wi-Fi connection to stay connected at all times. The free private parking and easy access by car make the stay even more convenient. The strategic location of the apartment also makes it close to shops, restaurants, and the bus stop that leads directly to the ski lifts.
Located on the raised ground floor of a condominium dedicated to short-term rentals, with a total of 20 beds, the apartment offers a unique and unforgettable experience. Please note that there is no elevator.

Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
