Relax in a beautiful traditional apartment with a mountain view and indoor fireplace! The house Is located in the village of Barzio on a quite isolated street. It is in walking proximity to the city center, ski bus stop and in a few minutes drive from the lifts of Piani di Bobbio and Piani d'Artatavagio. The apartment is composed of a living room with a kitchen with ancient wooden furniture, equipped with stove and oven and kitchen utences. There are a master bedroom and a bathroom.
The apartment is managed by Nativoo.it, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the  NativooForGood project which pursues sustainable development goals for short-term rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina. . City Tax: We remind you that at check-in you might have to pay the tourist city tax, according to the season. Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
