Welcome to our cozy two-room apartment located in Ballabio, in the beautiful Valsassina, just 10 minutes from Lake Como and a one-hour drive from Milan.
The apartment is positioned on the first floor and accessible via an external staircase. It features a bedroom and a bathroom, along with other areas. In particular, upon entering, you'll find a living room with a rustic fireplace, a dining area, a comfortable sofa bed, and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, and other amenities such as a dishwasher, oven, cleaning products, and Ethernet connection are provided.
As our guest, you have access to a covered terrace on the ground floor, with a spacious dining table.
Ballabio is a charming mountain village with all essential services, and for skiing enthusiasts, the Piani di Bobbio ski lifts are just a 10-minute drive away.

Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
