It is ideal for couples because of its dimensions and perfect for teleworking because of the high speed internet.The living room has a dining table, two single armchairs and a window to the outside. Separated from the living room-kitchen by a sliding screen is the bedroom, which has a double bed of 160 cm. The bathroom has a shower with shower screen and hairdryer and iron for your clothes.The flat has wifi with high speed fibre. It comes equipped with Smart TV, Italian coffee maker (moka), kettle, toaster and everything you need for cooking. Access to the appartment is by stairs. There is no lift. There is no parking. There is paid parking nearby, located under the Arrecife Gran Hotel or another public car park near the Reducto bus station. The bus stop is 5 minutes walking distance so the flat is also ideal if you don't have a car.The appartment is located in the street parallel to Fred Olsen Avenue, where the Reducto Beach is located and only a few metres away from several bars and restaurants. The centre of Arrecife has a wide variety of shops, restaurants, bazaars and shops in the immediate surroundings of the building.If you walk along the promenade to the end you can reach Charco de San Gines and the Marina Lanzarote, a highly recommended place to visit for night life, restaurants, markets and more.
