Detta är ett nyrenoverat strandhem i Water's Edge community i Folly Beach, SC Endast några kvarter till stranden och ett kvarter från restauranger och shopping. Denna stadsbostad har 3 bdrm, 3 badrum. Det är ett hus på 1700 kvadratmeter. Stadshuset har alla nya möbler, textilier och hushållsartiklar som ger dig och dina gäster en bekväm och minnesvärd vistelse. Köket är utrustat med bänkskivor i granit och alla apparater i rostfritt stål. Det är fullt utrustat med köksredskap, servis och redskap. Matbordet har plats för 6-8. Vardagsrummet är möblerat med en utdragbar soffa för ytterligare 2 gäster. Den första våningen är den första av tre sovrum och har ett badrum. Sovrummet har en queen size-säng. Njut av den vackra floden med utsikt över verandan som inkluderar en dagssäng och bord och stolar.

På andra våningen finns sovrummet med king size-säng, platt-TV och privat veranda med utsikt över floden. Master bad är fäst med duschkabin, jacuzzi och enormt klädkammare. Det tredje sovrummet har en full och två enkelsängar. Detta sovrum har ett bifogat badkar med dusch / badkar combo. Tvättstugan finns också på andra våningen.

Det finns tv-apparater i 2 sovrum. Stadshuset är utrustat med wifi. Njut av den vackra floden från gemenskapens pool och fiskehavnen.

We stayed here for my daughter’s MUSC graduation. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the house and relaxing/fishing on the neighborhood dock. The house had plenty of room for our family. We enjoyed the large sectional sofa in the den and sitting outside on the screened in porch.

Lovely townhome in Folly Beach

We enjoyed our stay. The townhome was well situated, close to restaurants and the beach in Folly, but in a quiet area. Everything you could possibly need was supplied and communication with the host was smooth. Beds and couch were comfortable and it was so nice having three bathrooms! Highly recommend!

Amazing girls weekend

My girlfriends & I (5 of us in our 40s) came to Folley Beach/Charleston for a long weekend & had the best time. The condo is in a perfect location and we were able to comfortably walk everywhere for food/drinks/beach etc. The unit itself was stocked with everything we needed & was very clean. It is close to the pool which was relaxing after long day of exploring Charleston. Checkin was a breeze & the owner was very attentive. The beds & couches were comfortable & plenty of towels for us all! Would definitely recommend staying at this place!

Amazing location and amenities!!

We would definitely return. It is just a short, 5 min walk to the beach and the community pool is the perfect way to cool off after a day at the beach. The 3 bedroom 3 bath is super nice with everyone having their own space. There is also a HUGE walk in closet off the master that could easily fit a queen sized air mattress!!! We rented a golf cart for our stay and that worked perfectly to also get around and have some extra fun. Kim also has boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys, everything you could need!! BOOK now!!

Great Townhouse Community

This is our third stay. The host provides everything you might need, the beds are comfortable, there is plenty of room for everyone on two floors plus a garage on the lower level.We especially enjoy sitting on the porch with a view of the river, and watching the sunsets at the dock. Water's Edge is a lovely quiet community, and the neighbors you meet on the walk to town are very friendly.

Lovely house close to town and the beach

Kim was great about communicating. The house had everything we needed. It was walking distance to the restaurants in town and the public beach entry was walking distance as well. We plan to stay again in the future.

Favorite Folly Rental

This is our second time at Water's Edge. The unit is maintained very well and looked recently painted. Not oceanfront, but a river view just as peaceful. Very nice linens and beds, and everything you might need in the kitchen. There's a boat and fishing dock and a pool right behind the townhouse. Some construction going on right now in the community replacing outside stairs, but this unit was completed.

Beach Weekend

Overall we had a lovely trip! The home is comfortable and clean. However, the stairs are steep and slick and the lighting inside was harsh (no lamps in the home, just overhead lighting). The location is great and we were able to walk to the beach and to restaurants in the area. The host communicated well with us, too!

The property was just as advertised. Nice location and scenic view. Kim was very responsive when we had a problem with the air conditioning, and it was repaired quickly. I would stay again.

Beautiful Townhouse

This is a very nice, clean rental in a lovely townhouse community near the river (views from the porch are spectacular!). Everything worked perfectly, there were plenty of supplies provided, both in the bathrooms and in the kitchen. It was nice being spread out over two floors, and having a two car garage was a real bonus. The walk to the beach and to downtown was shorter than I expected, and a pleasant walk down the path on 2nd Street. We used the pool, and walked out to the dock at sunset. Some beach equipment is provided. We had a great time and hope to return.

Folly Beach Getaway

Clean and cozy, great views of the river. Would’ve liked a deadbolt on the front door and a lock on the door going to the basement. Otherwise, nice quaint little condo community near the beach and several quaint restaurants.

My Happy Place

I absolutely love the Waters Edge community on Folly. It has become my happy place! This home did not disappoint! The screened in porch was my favorite spot and was quite comfortable. All the beds were wonderfully comfy. Kim had all the basics and went above and beyond with the extras (kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, beach equipment). My family of 5 can't wait to return!

Great Location Great Space

Traveled with adult children and friends for a weekend. The home is large 3 bedroom 3 full bath with great supplies for cooking and relaxing. Walk to all Folly Beach has to offer and stay where it is quiet and calm. We very much enjoyed the home.

Folly Beach at Water's Edge

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean when we arrived, and there was a great view of the river from decks on both floors. We used the kayaks one night and paddled around the river until dark. The house was a ten minute walk from the beach but we drove and parked most of the time due to the heat. We used the pool several times as it was right outside the door. Many food establishments were within walking distance. Definitely recommend this home!

Amazing vacation

My family has been making an annual trip to Folly for the past 4 years. This house has by far been the best. It was fully stocked with soap, dish soap, cooking oil, pots/pans, waffle iron, and blender. We had a little trouble getting the garage door opened, I contacted the property owner and she had someone out the next morning to take care of it. We had a great vacation!

Great place!

We had a fantastic stay at this home. A group of three moms and our children stayed here for four nights. Very family friendly area. The home is about a 10 minute walk to the beach and the pool was great! House was clean and it had everything we needed. One thing to note is to bring extra pillows! There was only enough for 1 per person and they weren’t the best quality. We would absolutely stay here again.
