The upper level offers three stylish bedrooms. The master suite features a double-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a safe box, and access to a private balcony with stunning sea views. Two additional bedrooms with double-sized beds share a modern bathroom and offer direct views of the Aegean Sea.

On the ground level, you’ll find an independent suite with a double bed, private bathroom, and a small living room. This suite enjoys direct access to the outdoor pool area, making it an ideal spot for added privacy and comfort.

The outdoor space is designed for ultimate relaxation and entertainment. The private swimming pool (4m x 6m) overlooks the sea and is surrounded by eight sunbeds, offering a perfect place to soak up the sun. The shaded pergola features a dining table, creating an idyllic setting for alfresco meals, while the stylish outdoor lounge area provides a comfortable spot to enjoy the sea breeze.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa and its private facilities. This includes the swimming pool, outdoor lounge, dining area, and private parking zone that accommodates up to two cars. The independent suite on the lower level provides additional privacy, making the villa ideal for families or groups of friends seeking both shared and personal spaces.

The villa’s prime location makes it easy to access Mykonos Town, which is just 3.5 km away. The port is 2.8 km away, and the airport is a short 3.9 km drive. Several of Mykonos’ famous beach clubs, including Nammos (4.8 km) and Scorpios (7.2 km), are easily reachable by car. The closest beach, Agios Stefanos, is only 3 km away, making it convenient for guests to enjoy the sun and sea. A nearby market, located 2.5 km away, offers easy access to groceries and essentials.

Other Things to Note:
Daily maid service ensures the villa remains pristine throughout your stay, with towels and linens changed twice a week.
