Denna vackra 1 sovrum lägenhet ligger på bottenvåningen öppnar till din egen privata uteplats för att njuta av den fantastiska utsikten över den kristall vita sanden och vackra smaragdgröna vattnet. Du kan gå rakt ut, över de vita sanddynerna till stranden som verkar som din egen privata strand! Njut av dina två solstolar och ett paraply som är inställt och väntar på dig! (Strandtjänsten är säsongsbunden) Du och din familj är säker på att njuta av varje minut här på Coral Reef Club, där receptionens personal och Beach Attendants är redo att hjälpa dig på något sätt.

Denna fastighet ligger direkt på Mexikanska golfen i hjärtat av Destin inom gångavstånd till shopping och några av Destins bästa restauranger. Denna fastighet ligger bara en kort bilresa till spårens nöjespark och Big Kahunas vattenpark. Bara en kort bilresa till bästa fisket någonstans! Eller hyra din egen Jet Skies eller Pontoon Boat där du kan se delfiner spela i det rätta vattnet!

Coral Reef Club är ett pittoreskt tre våningar villa komplex som har en pool, shuffleboard och kolgrillar. Strandområdet omfattar över 300 meter av orörda stranden med gulfgräs och säsongsbetonad strandservice.


Det stora sovrummet innehåller en king size-säng, 2 våningssängar i korridoren och en queen size-bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet.

Enheten har uppdaterad inredning, 1 badrum och en halv bad, tvättmaskin / torktumlare i din enhet för din användning och ett fullt utrustat kök för att tillgodose dina matlagningsbehov.

View is superb.A few things that could use improvement:Needs painting throughout. Dining room table needs replaced. Recliner needs to be replaced . The only issues were cleanliness especially around baseboards and the condo was not equipped well in the kitchen with storage containers for food etc. I have been coming for years and my sister has stayed in this condo for many years so I know the couch has been there forever and you can feel the grime on it...should maybe consider cleaning it or replacing it.

It is just a few minutes from Publix, Walmart, many restaurants and seafood markets. The condo was clean upon our arrival and the on site check in and management can’t be beat. The beach was not over crowded and we felt secure at the property. The beach chair attendant was friendly and helpful. We have been coming to the Destin area for over 40 years and Coral Reef Club is our absolute favorite place to stay. We will be back soon!

Access to the beach was quick and being on the bottom floor made taking all of our beach items a breeze. Some minor concerns I have were some of the lights on the sidewalk didn’t work, and the chairs get picked up too early (5:00). The room was clean and the kitchen is well stocked with all kinds of utensils and dishes. I will most definitely try to get this exact condo again!
