Our house is ideal for those who want to stay in an authentic village on Lake Como, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes, typical restaurants and crotti, and close to renowned resorts such as Varenna, Bellano, Bellagio, Menaggio, Corenno Plinio and Dervio , as well as the cities of Como and Lecco .
A few steps away you will find the splendid Riva Bianca Beach , one of the most beautiful on the lake, and numerous panoramic paths in the Lecco mountains, including the famous Wayfarer's Path . Lierna is in fact the arrival point of the second stage and the starting point of the third, and our house is located just 50 meters from the starting point. You can spend a day exploring the lake, visiting the romantic Lovers' Walk in Varenna , the fascinating Orrido di Bellano , or taking the boat to Bellagio and Menaggio . If, on the other hand, you prefer a relaxing day, you can walk through the streets of the village or reach spectacular views such as the Alpe di Lierna, Somana , or go as far as the Grigna massif . Finally, if you are staying for several days, we recommend that you dedicate a day to discovering Valsassina, full of experiences to do such as riding stables, farmhouses, waterfalls, the legendary Grande Panchina 223 del Giumello, or Piani di Bobbio and Artavaggio for those who love the highest peaks.
The house is located a few hundred meters from the train station, which connects Milan to the entire eastern shore of the lake. If you arrive by car, you can take advantage of a convenient covered garage .
Lierna is a perfect base to discover Lake Como and its most iconic destinations , increasingly appreciated by travelers who want to reconnect with nature and savor the traditional cuisine of the area .
The accommodation
The house is spread over three floors; the entrance to the apartment is on the middle floor , where there is a large living room with an iconic window overlooking the lake and a first bathroom with shower. The sofa bed with chaise lounge is positioned in front of the TV, creating a perfect space to relax.
Going up the stairs you enter the attic , which houses:
·                  A spacious double bedroom with an additional single bed
·                  A second bedroom with bunk bed
·                  A second bathroom serving the sleeping area
This floor has a unique feature: a dormer window overlooking the lake and an intimate terrace , also with a lake view, perfect for enjoying the cool evenings thanks to the " mountainous " breeze that regularly descends from the Grigna.
On the ground floor there is a cozy dining area , with a fully equipped kitchen and a large table by the fireplace. From here you can directly access the village square .
The furnishings have been taken care of down to the smallest detail , creating a unique atmosphere that will make your stay even more special!
The apartment is fully equipped with:

In order to accommodate people with allergies of different kinds, we do not accept pets and smoking is not allowed inside the apartment . We also point out that the space is not suitable for people with reduced mobility and families with small children , due to the wooden stairs that connect the three floors.
