Located in scenic surroundings, the house is ideal for a family or a group of up to 4 people who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The house was built in 1966, but has been beautifully renovated in 2024, ensuring comfortable and stylish accommodation.

With a house area of 68 square meters and a plot of 1335 square meters, there is ample space for both indoor and outdoor activities. The spacious living area is equipped with a wood-burning stove, which creates a cozy atmosphere on cooler evenings, as well as an energy-saving heat pump, which also can function as air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable indoor climate all around. The modern kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and ceramic hob, making cooking a breeze.

The house has two bedrooms: the first with a double bed and the second with two single beds, providing flexibility for all guests. Both rooms are furnished with comfortable beds and cozy details to ensure a good night's sleep. The bathroom is equipped with both toilet, shower and underfloor heating, making it convenient for all guests. For extra comfort, wireless internet has been installed, so you can stay in touch with the outside world.

Outside you will find a lovely terrace, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a delicious dinner in the sunshine. The covered terrace offers the opportunity to sit outside even when the weather is not entirely favorable. For those who love to grill, there is also a grill available. An exciting addition to the garden is the wilderness bath, which can accommodate up to 7 people, as well as an outdoor shower in connection with - perfect for relaxing after a day of activities.

The house is ideally located with only 600 meters to the North Sea and 900 meters to shops and restaurants, making it easy to get everything you might need during your stay. Pets are allowed, so the whole family can go on holiday together.
