Welcome to Castleton Villas, a stunning mid-terraced townhouse located in the desirable area of Charlton Kings, Cheltenham. Spread over three floors, this spacious home offers four double bedrooms for up to eight guests with three luxurious bathrooms, perfect for families, groups, or business stays.
On the ground floor, the private entrance opens onto the hallway, with a downstairs WC that leads to a beautiful open-plan kitchen diner at the rear. With all the appliances you would expect in a modern home, along with a breakfast bar and dining table for six, the kitchen then leads out onto a private enclosed rear garden with a seating area and a rare sauna for up to two guests to use. Upstairs, the first floor has a separate living area with comfy sofas and a SMART TV. Also on the first floor is bedroom 2 with a king-size bed and its own en suite shower, and bedroom 4 with a double bed. The top floor boasts the luxurious Master Suite with a super king bed and en suite shower, plus its own private balcony with far-reaching hill views! The top floor is also home to bedroom 3 with a double bed, and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath.
This fantastic, contemporary home offers off-road parking for one car, with easy free street parking available around the corner.

đ Parking: This house has off road parking for 1 car (sorry no vans please) and you'll plenty of street parking on Hearne Road just adjacent.
đšâđł Kitchen: Our kitchen comes fully equipped with every necessary appliance for your stay. We also include complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and Nespresso-style coffee pods for the coffee machine. If you require any other basics, please let us know so we can arrange them for you.
đšâđł We also can recommend an excellent private chef should you need one.
đšâđł. There is also an outside kitchen that is not available for guests use, sorry.
đ Linen and Towels: We supply crisp 100% cotton linen for all beds, along with mattress and pillow protectors. There will be a bath and hand towel per guest, along with a bath mat in each bathroom. Toilet roll is also provided, along with shower gel, shampoo, and face/body cream. In the kitchen, we provide a tea towel.
đ„” There is an outside sauna that up to 2 guests can use at any one time.
đ§č Housekeeping: We provide complimentary housekeeping services for stays longer than 7 nights. If you require additional items or housekeeping services for stays shorter than 7 nights, please contact us for availability and pricing.
â° Our check-in and check-out times are listed in the property information. Where possible, we try to accommodate early check-ins. We will generally be able to let you know on the day if this is possible and will update you as soon everything is ready so you are able to check-in. If you wish for a later check-out, please contact us directly for pricing and availability.

Our home is located on a quiet hill with other residential homes nearby so out of respect for the local residents we have set quiet hours between 10pm and 7am where we kindly ask that noise is kept to a minimum
