Welcome to Castel des Roches, a charming 40 mÂČ apartment ideally located in the heart of Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, just a few steps from the Bettex cable cars, offering direct access to the 445 km of slopes of the prestigious Ăvasion Mont-Blanc ski area.
Entirely renovated in 2017, the apartment benefited from new refreshments in 2025 (paintings, woodwork, tiles), giving it a warm, carefully crafted and contemporary atmosphere.
It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, comfortably accommodating up to four people. The dining table can seat up to six guests, ideal for sharing meals with family or friends.
You will also appreciate its clear view of the mountains, its internet access, as well as the television for your moments of relaxation.
