The Space:
The villa spans 350 sqm of interior living space on a 4,200 sqm plot and features six uniquely designed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The layout includes an open-plan kitchen with a wine fridge, a stylish dining area, and a bright living room with smart TV and expansive sea views. Outdoors, guests can enjoy a large heated infinity pool (15m x 3.5m), shaded lounge and dining areas, an alfresco gym, and sweeping vistas of the Aegean Sea and the Mykonos skyline.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property, including the main villa, the guest house, and all outdoor facilities. In-house staff is available for daily housekeeping, while a security guard is on duty during nighttime hours for added peace of mind. Pool heating is available upon request with an additional daily charge.

The Neighborhood:
The villa is located in Tourlos, a prestigious and peaceful area close to Mykonos New Port. The neighborhood offers a blend of privacy and proximity, being only a short drive from vibrant Mykonos Town and renowned beach clubs like Principote, Nammos, and Scorpios. The area boasts views of both the open sea and the island's iconic sunsets.

Getting Around:
The property is conveniently situated just 1.3 km from the new port and 6 km from the airport. Mykonos Town is a 5.4 km drive, while popular beaches such as Agios Stefanos (1.6 km) are within close reach. Renting a car is recommended for flexibility, but transfers and taxis are also easily arranged.

Other Things to Note:
The villa includes an in-house staff member to ensure a seamless experience, as well as night security from 10 PM to 6 AM. Pool heating is optional and can be provided at a cost of €250 per day. The Government Climate Resilient Tax of €15 per day is not included in the rental price and must be paid upon check-in. Washing machine and dryer are available through staff assistance only.
