Great location!

Great place to stay. Walking distance to the French quarter and we rarely got Ubers. Favorite stay in New Orleans so far! Will definitely inquire about staying here again in the future.

Great stay

The apartment was a great fit for our family of 5 adults. Comfortable, attractive, and an easy walk to French Quarter. Beautiful park within a few minutes on the same block. Host was very responsive and friendly!

Great location in a comfortable apartment

Very close to the action, with lots of comfortable space. When an issue arose, the property manager dealt with it very promptly and with clear communication.

The overall stay was great. We had a small issue with beds since it was a guys trip but it was all figured out and didn’t put a damper on the trip. I’d book again if visiting Nola

Good stay for friends

Good location, easily walkable to Bourbon Street. Stayed for my bachelorette party, perfect for a group of friends who are comfortable with each other since one of the bedrooms doesn’t have a wall. Ample towels and usable kitchen. Would have been nice to have complimentary coffee provided.

Great time in New Orleans

We really liked the property. The location is excellent, out of the craziness of the bar scene, but walkable to all the French Quarter. Mike, the property manager, is wonderful. He is very attentive and friendly. I would recommend this location!

Great space, great location, great stay

The property is just a short walk to Bourbon and Frenchmen streets. The property manager was responsive prior to the booking and answered all of my questions quickly and kindly. He even left a few spikes seltzer and beer to get us started. Awesome stay. Definitely will be back!

Perfect location and amazing hosts

We loved this rental. We felt so safe staying here. Multiple gate and door codes etc. The hosts were incredible. Even the cleaning lady at property was so kind and helpful. Can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely stay here again.

Work Trip

We were very happy with the location and accommodations seeing as we were working across the street. The property manager was super helpful and answered all my questions in a timely manner. The home was clean and easy to access.

the location was great! love that we had gated parking. felt safer specially since we were a lot of just girls. most of the beds were a little hard, but overall the rooms were spacious. they provided plenty of towels, shampoo and soap. highly recommend.

Perfect place for a perfect weekend!

Had an amazing stay at this property. Mike met us outside when we arrived and showed us how to check in and use the gate for parking. He was very sweet and very accommodating to us checking in early and out late. He was always available for us if needed. We love Mike! We had 9 people stay here for a bachelorette. It was a full house but had plenty of room and loved the back patio! The walk from bourbon street was perfect and we felt very safe in this location. Highly recommend staying here! Can’t wait wait to go back!

Great space with easy access to the French Quarter

We enjoyed this place a lot - it had all the stuff you needed, nice sitting area, plenty of beds. Easy check in an checkout. Location is top notch, and parking was easy. It wasn’t totally clear from the listing (or at least I couldn’t tell), but the bedrooms don’t have doors, so one of the bedrooms is basically an extension of the living room. Not a huge deal and wasn’t a problem for our group, but something to note. That notwithstanding, still a great place at a great price.
