Welcome to charming Casa Sian, managed exclusively by Sitges Hills Villas, a peaceful hideaway nestled in the rolling hills of Mas Mestre, overlooking the beautiful Garraf Natural Park. Just 12 minutes drive from the vibrant coastal town of Sitges and 45 minutes to the heart of Barcelona, this tranquil villa is the perfect base for walking, cycling, wine tours, and exploring the stunning Catalonian countryside.



Inside Spaces



The villa opens into a bright and airy living-dining area with an open-plan layout. A cozy L-shaped sofa and a low coffee table gather around a charming fireplace – perfect for cooler evenings. The dining alcove features a table for four with triple-aspect windows capturing panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. A fully equipped kitchen with small breakfast bar is conveniently located just off the main living space.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms



Casa Sian accommodates up to 6 guests (max. 4 adults), offering:

– 2 double bedrooms (bed size 140 x 190 cm and 150 x 200cm) both with built in wardrobes.

– 1 bunk bedroom.

– 1 shared bathroom with a toilet.

– 1 en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet.



** Due to limited indoor dining space, we recommend a maximum of 4 guests staying outside of the summer months.





Entertainment & Outdoor Spaces



Venture downstairs to discover a very cool entertainment room complete with:

One of Casa Sian’s features is its beautifully tiered gardens—an oasis of Mediterranean plants and natural beauty. Winding stone steps lead down through lush greenery terraces to a very private pool area, where you’ll find:



– A serene 6 x 3m swimming pool with two sun loungers

– Sweeping panoramic views of the rolling hills and forested parkland

– A tranquil, secluded atmosphere that invites total relaxation



Away from the pool there are several inviting spots throughout the gardens for relaxing or dining outdoors—some shaded—making them perfect for al fresco meals or simply unwinding in nature.



To the left of the pool area, guests can enjoy a dedicated ping pong zone and swing ball setup—great for a bit of fun and friendly competition.



Please note: due to the layout and garden design, children must be supervised at all times.
