I would like to share my experience with you for holiday home in Den Haag booking VOUCHER 16 76 5Y YU. Actually I have following complaints about the state og house when we came in to the place. General readiness in the house was not on appropriate level. It looked like house was not cleaned for a long time. Here are some bullet points: Greasy shelves in wardrobes in bedrooms Cobwebs in every room, in the corners and under the ceiling, with dead flies Left women hygiene stuff in dustbin after previous guests. Blocked shower drain with lots of hair which gave a disgusting feeling Not functioning dishwasher with broken tray for washing tablets Bathrooms furniture was humidity damaged in addition to this there was quite a strong smell of dampness in the house in the bedrooms First night we came when reception was closed and we complaint the next day. We get some apologies, service people came and fixed problems and cleaned the house, but it took, more than half day. After all was done approx. 14 o'clock my family attempt to do some walks around, but we discovered that front door was not possible to lock. New tour to reception and waiting for service people to fix the problem. Let's say we had to spend the first 24 hours getting the house clean and safe instead of relaxing. After placing the complain we get voucher for 50 euro som we could buy 2 pizza with cola in local restaurant som Roompot owned. I took some pictures some prove of all the stuff. I can send them to you if required. I do not think that this is reasonable compensation. My family have rented similar houses in Denmark Billund in Legoland and Lallandia and we expected from the house in Holland similar standard, but it was far away from what is normal. In addition price was very high for this accommodation Do you have any form for compensation for that bed experience we had? Best Regards. Mykola.
