The house, built in 1969, underwent an extensive renovation in 2023, making it a modern and comfortable oasis. Situated on a large natural plot of 1282 square meters, this holiday home offers both privacy and space for play and relaxation.
Inside you will find a spacious house area of 161 square meters, which is furnished with a focus on comfort and functionality. There are a total of four bedrooms, three of which have double beds, and the fourth bedroom is furnished with two single beds, ensuring that there is sleeping space for everyone. One of the double rooms is located on its own in the annex of the house. The holiday home is ideal for both adults and children, as there is also a high chair available.
The modern bathroom is equipped with both toilet, shower and underfloor heating, which ensures a comfortable experience, even on the coldest days.
The house's kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer with a capacity of 60 liters. This allows you to easily prepare delicious meals for your family and friends.
