Payments and Security Deposit

If applicable, electricity (and sometimes water) is charged based on actual usage at the end of the stay.
A security deposit will be blocked on the guest’s credit card upon arrival (card must be present and in the name of the guest).
The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (release time depends on the bank).
In case of damages or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the deposit to cover expenses.

Booking Details

Klodge properties are private homes rented for tourist purposes under Law 431/98 and Art. 21bis L.R. 16/17 Regione Sardegna.
As private residences, they do not follow hotel standards and may show minor imperfections that do not affect functionality.

Online Check-in and Rental Agreement

After booking, guests are required to complete an online check-in (upload of ID documents and selfies for all guests).
Personal data is processed in compliance with the GDPR regulation .
A tourist rental agreement must be signed. The contract will be in Italian; an English courtesy copy will be provided.


Key Collection
Keys and documents are delivered at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia , just minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

Waste Sorting
A door-to-door waste collection system is in place. Please purchase the correct bags and dispose of waste properly before departure.
