Discover this stunning villa with a spacious garden and breathtaking sea views. It features private parking for two cars and access to the beach, just a 10-minute walk away. Additionally, you can explore the charming 'Camino de Ronda,' perfect for scenic walks along the coastline.
As soon as you enter, you will notice the large open space that characterizes the villa, along with the expansive windows that offer pleasant sea views and allow plenty of natural light throughout the day. The kitchen, stylish and open, connects directly to the living room through an interior balcony, with the living area just a couple of steps down from the entrance.
This villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with one of each on the upper floor and the rest on the lower floor. It also boasts a large terrace with a barbecue and direct access to the pool area for maximum convenience. The house provides all the comforts for an unforgettable stay, combining tranquility with a unique connection to nature. The perfect place to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean!
