Beautiful bright 3-bed home next to station
Bright flat in a lovely area with lots of pubs and parks. The flat is 30 seconds from Clapton Station and very well-connected to the City.
There are three bedrooms with comfortable beds (2 doubles, 1 king) and 1 large bathroom with a bath and waterfall shower.
The main space is a large open kitchen/dining/living space, with floor-to-ceiling windows and two furnished balconies for breakfast or drinks in the sun.
Ideally placed for visiting London or for Clapton Country Club wedding guests
The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the utensils and items you could need. It has a kettle, toaster, full sets of saucepans, a bean-to-cup filter coffee machine which can take ground coffee too. There is an integrated fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher.
The dining space seats six, and has an extended dining table in case you need to work in the flat.
There is a large comfortable sofa with lots of blankets, and a smart tv with all the channels/apps.
Bedroom 1 has a comfortable double bed, a chest of drawers and a large mirror.
Bedroom 2 has a comfortable double bed and a desk.
Bedroom 3 has a lovely king bed, in built wardrobes and a Juliette balcony.
All rooms have tall windows with roller blackout blinds or curtains so you can get a great night’s sleep
The property has two terraces with seating areas to enjoy the sunshine.
With Clapton station a 30second walk away you are incredibly well connected to London and the surrounding areas.
There are dozens of wonderful pubs, restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance of the flat.
