Ninfa is part of a property along with other 3 apartments, located just a few steps from San Lorenzo’s beach, near Marzamemi.

These apartments have been recently refurbished and all of them have their own independent entrance, parking space and private outdoor area equipped with garden furniture.

Each apartment consists of a kitchen/living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The comfortable, well-proportioned interiors come complete with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, sat-TV, washing machine, electric oven and BBQ.

Ninfa is 60 m2, with 50 m2 terrace and 150 m2 garden, it features on the first floor the kitchen/living room with sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, and a veranda.

Ninfa is an excellent base for excursions, being situated close Vendicari nature reserve, the quaint villages of Marzamemi and Portopalo di Capo Passero, the charming baroque towns of Noto, Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla and Syracuse, and also considering its proximity to the beach, it is the ideal place for relaxing seaside holidays in Sicily.

Rental rules
Minimum stay 7 nights; changeover day flexible (from 04/07/26 to 29/08/26 arrival on Saturdays).
Check-in time is from 17:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 40 (subject to prior agreement).
Early departure charged: € 40
A security deposit of 200 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity up to 200 kwh (over 200 kwh an extra charge of € 0,60 per kwh will be applied), final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens, bath and beach towels, weekly tidying-up of the bedrooms and bathrooms (1 hour), cot, welcome basket (local items).
Tourist tax: 3.00 € per night per person excluding children up to 12 years, max 6 nights, to pay cash on arrival.
