As you enter Villa Collines, you enter a spacious open space with fireplace, opening onto the beautifully decorated living room, perfect for relaxing with friends and family. Large windows provide stunning views of the landscape and allow for plenty of natural light to flood the room.
The dining room is equally impressive, with a large table that can seat up to 10 guests comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the modern amenities you would expect from a property of this caliber, including a large fridge, oven, stove, and dishwasher.
The villa features on the garden level, 1 master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom, Bedroom 2 with double bed and shower room, guest WC, shower room, and walk in closet. Downstairs is composed of bedroom 3 with two single beds with ensuite shower room, bedroom 4 with a double bed and ensuite shower room, bedroom 5 with a small double bed (120 by 190). The property further benefits from a workstation, TV room and laundry room.
