Chez Nous London - pretty 3 bed house in Chiswick with easy access to Heathrow.
Chez Nous London is a charming 3 bedroom house in Chiswick. This light and airy house has been decorated and furnished with your comfort in mind and designed to make you feel at home the moment you walk in.
Chez Nous London used to be Lizzie's home in the UK. However since setting up Chez Nous Zermatt (see separate Chez Nous Zermatt listings on VRBO for details of the 4 apartments she has there) Lizzie has been dividing her time between the UK and Switzerland and this pretty house is now officially part of the Chez Nous family and ready to welcome you to London.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a cloakroom downstairs. The top bedroom leads on to a balcony with a view over West London and the large open-plan kitchen/dining room leads out on to a generous paved garden.
Chiswick is a great location as a base for a London trip because as well as being close to the action (we are an easy tube ride into the West End, convenient for Heathrow and just a couple of stops to Kew Gardens) it also has its own, more relaxed vibe and is a lovely place to retreat back to when you have had your fill of all that central London has to offer!
We are easy walking distance to Chiswick High Rd and Turnham Green Terrace (with all the great independent shops including an excellent butcher and fishmonger) but happily tucked away at the end of a quiet residential street. There are also 2 good gastro-pubs, a café for fresh bread/pastries and a garage on your doorstep.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
I love Chiswick because it is not just a satellite of central London but has a heart and soul all of its own. There are great independent shops on Turnham Green Terrace (including a wonderful butcher and fishmonger) and larger shops on Chiswick High Road so you can happily spend a day meandering in Chiswick. And then it is also so easy to get in to the West End (I am often out to theatre or to dinner) and also handy for Heathrow and only 2 stops on the overground train to Kew Gardens
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
People who come to the house say it has a lovely "feel" and I think the same goes for the apartments we have in Zermatt - but in the case of Chez Nous London, the house is tucked away at the end of a no-through road so it feels slightly hidden and is a really calm oasis to come back to especially after a frantic day in town! The neighbours are all very friendly and we are a genuine community so you get to experience what it feels like to live here.
