Villa Roxy is located in a quiet residential area near the beach of Cala Salada, overlooking the bay of San Antonio and the south coast, 17 km from Ibiza town.
The villa is very specious with fantastic views over the sea and the islands of Conejera and Bosque, it develops on 3 levels with 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, for a total of 8 sleeps.
Outside we find the private pool that measures 8mx4m (barrier on request), barbecue, several covered or uncovered terraces either furnished with chill out lounge or outdoor dining.
===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
On the ground floor, completely independent, there is 1 double bedroom with matrimonial bed, bathroom with shower, safe and air conditioning and 1 double bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and ventilation.
On the main floor there is a large living room, a dining room with fireplace and stereo with direct access to the terrace and pool, a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, washing machine dishwasher and all useful appliances.
Furthermore, 1 double bedroom with 2 single beds, en suite bathroom with shower and air conditioning and 1 double bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom with bath
On the upper floor that can be accessed from inside and outside with staircases, there is a large living room with sofa, fireplace, Sat TV with flat screen, DVD player and audio system and also a large terrace fully furnished with chairs and outdoor table for 9 people.
Finally, the villa comes complete with a garage with washing machine and parking space for 2 cars.

Cleaning: Saturday 2 pers. X 3 hours Tuesday 1 pers. X 2 hours.

Final cleaning: ⏠200 to pay upon arrival
