This cozy and functional property is ideal for a holiday with family or friends, offering comfort and relaxation in a welcoming atmosphere.
The house accommodates up to 8 guests and features two interconnecting bedrooms, one of which has an independent entrance from the outside and a private bathroom for added privacy. The other bedroom is equipped with central air conditioning for the sleeping area. There is also a second bathroom, a spacious living room with refrigerator, and a sofa bed that sleeps two guests.
Outside, youâll find a fully equipped cooking area with a sink and dining table with chairs, as well as a small private garden with a wood-fired oven perfect for barbecues or pizza nightsâideal for relaxing moments. A private parking space is also available.
An additional outdoor bathroom is equipped with a shower and washing machine. All windows have mosquito screens. Guests can use the available bicycles and a beach umbrella. Other amenities include a hairdryer, fans, and ironing board.
The villa is located in a peaceful and private area, yet close to all main attractions. The first rocky beach, Lido Pazze, is just 550 meters away, while the long sandy beaches are only a few minutes' drive.
The area offers a variety of services including restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets, all within walking distance. Torre San Giovanni is also known for its charming harbor and lively nightlife, with events and entertainment throughout the summer.
