Nestled on a hillside, villa LOUKOKO was designed in a very modern and refined style in perfect harmony with the natural beauty of the Caribbean. The luxurious living room opens onto the outside and features three sofas facing a flat screen TV perfect for delightful movie nights. The kitchen made of stainless steel with purple touches is located in the same open space and has a breakfast bar. A table for four guests is located between the indoor space and the terrace, a lovely transition lightened by a magnificent transparent ceiling through which the Caribbean sun shines. The vaulted ceilings and the many architectural breaks make spaces both original and beautiful.
At the front of the villa, the terrace features a splendid infinity swimming pool that seems to merge with the ocean. Lounge chairs are around the pool for pleasant sunbathing or reading sessions. Under the covered area, you ll find the dining room which can accommodate up to twelve guests, while the trade winds gently blow and sweep the cozy atmosphere inside and outside. You'll also enjoy relaxing on the sofas in the outdoor living room, facing the retractable flat screen TV built into the floor. The view over the surrounding hills provides a lovely vegetal touch to this idyllic setting, perfect for resting and admiring the beauty of St-Barths.
The vacation rental LOUKOKO is composed of three beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Fully glazed and well equipped with soft curtains, they open onto a magnificent ocean view as well as onto the terrace, allowing guests to enjoy the ocean breeze at any time.
