Located in the well-known Don Pepe residence, this accommodation is perfect for families looking for tranquillity and proximity to the sea. The urbanisation offers spacious gardens, children's area and swimming pool for adults and children. Just 750 metres from Cala Blanca and close to all services.

This cosy and modern 76 mÂČ apartment has been recently renovated and tastefully furnished. It is located on the first floor with a lift and all on the same level. It offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and a bright living area with an integrated American kitchen, accommodating up to 4 people.
The main bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobe and direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds. Both rooms are equipped with fans and good natural lighting.
The kitchen, in American style and equipped with an induction hob, has a fridge, oven, microwave, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and all necessary kitchenware. The dining area opens to a comfortable living room with air conditioning, flat-screen TV and access to a private 14 mÂČ terrace with views of the garden and swimming pool.
The terrace, sunny in the mornings, is equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy outdoor meals or moments of relaxation.
The common areas include a large garden, children's area and a fenced swimming pool with a children's zone.
