This beautifully furnished, modern, comfortable, and bright apartment is situated on the fifth floor of a small residential building, boasting an exceptional communal swimming pool.
The apartment provides 2 private parking spaces, a significant advantage in Malta!
Just behind Spinola Bay, in the vibrant heart of St Julians, you'll find numerous restaurants nearby. Buses, taxis, and supermarkets are all within a 5-7 minute walk.
The apartment offers a pleasant Maltese atmosphere, with a spacious living room including two sofas (one converts to a sofa bed), a large flat-screen TV, dining table, and balcony access.
The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster, a dining island, and a covered balcony.
