However once you do venture out, you'll find a local Spar, restaurants, shops and a beautiful sandy beach only minutes away to relax while you watch the boats go in and out of the port.

The rooftop terrace has sun loungers, chairs and a sofa to soak up the ambience.

One main bathroom with bath, shower, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.

DOWNSTAIRS

1 bedroom with 2 single beds, towels, bed linen, ceiling fan and wardrobe.

One bathroom with toilet, sink and additional toilet paper.

The kitchen is recently refurbished (2025) and consists of oven, electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Fully equipped with plates, glasses, mugs utensils, tablecloth, tea towels and cleaning products, it is bright and fresh.

The living room has a sofa and 2 large bean bag type stools, a dining table that can extend out, TV with Netflix, Disney etc and an open fire should you need it.

A spacious, secure garage for you to store bikes, boats and anything else you might require to make your holiday the best. The washing machine and dryer are also conveniently stored here.


Outside overlooking the pool is a terrace with BBQ, wood/charcoal and a dining table with chairs. There is also a private outdoor shower and sink.
