This Barbados rental is a spacious, four-bedroom townhouse that is impeccably furnished, has a comfortable living area, and a large covered terrace with both dining and living areas. This Barbados rental offers glorious sunsets from the upstairs terraces.
A gate leads directly from the garden to an extensive freeform pool with a waterfall feature, the largest of two pools that the property shares exclusively with seven other townhouses.
This rental property is one of only a small handful of property rentals that fronts onto the largest pool. All of the homes are finished to a high standard with luxury kitchens, travertine floors, and âwalk-inâ wetroom showers in each bathroom.
Guests will enjoy membership and use of the facilities at the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club at Mullins Bay during their stay. Access to the gym/fitness centre on-site is available for a fee (payable locally).
The Mullins Bay development has 24-hour security ensuring residents both privacy and peace of mind during their stay.
A housekeeper service, 6 days per week is included in your rental.
ââThis property rental DOES NOT permit the use of Riemann P20 Sunscreen, as it damages towels and fabrics. It can cause irreparable damage to linens that are not visible until laundered. Guests must check that their sunscreen does not contain P20. Guests will be charged up to USD$50 per damaged towel or up to USD$300 per damaged sheet or coverlet.
