A charming retreat in the heart of Salento, Monolocale Allora is in the village of Frassanito, just 700m from the beach. This delightful studio for 3, is one of 3 apartments that share a garden and an attractive communal dining area with a BBQ. Guests of all ages will enjoy the combination of modern comforts with the peaceful surroundings.
The apartment has a rustic private terrace, where guests can enjoy meals al fresco or just relax in the peaceful surroundings. The front door opens directly into the airy living space. The interior is furnished with a double bed, a single bed, a flat-screen TV, storage and a dining table with chairs. The separate kitchenette is equipped with a cooker hob, Moka coffee maker and a fridge.

Whether guests want to explore Pugliaâs ancient past or relax in the sun, the property is extremely well-located, in between Torre dellâOrso and Otranto. The apartment is close to some of Salentoâs most beautiful beaches, including Baia dei Turchi (12 minutes) and the Faraglioni di SantâAndrea bathing rocks (5 minutes).
For more active holiday-makers there is a surfing point just 2 minutes from the property and kitesurfing only 3 minutes away. Away from the coast visitors can enjoy the Alimini Lakes which are a haven for bird watchers. Alimini Grande is just a 5-minute drive. Here visitors can enjoy hiking, picnicking and swimming or they can hire canoes.
The peaceful port town of Otranto (15 minutes) makes a lovely day out. Here visitors can enjoy the castle, a lively port and excellent restaurants. The weekly market (Wednesday morning) is a source of the best local ingredients to cook at home. If you miss the market there are several supermarkets in the town.
The closest airport is at Brindisi - 1 hour and 5 minutes away by car.
