Whether you choose to go for a swim in the Mediterranean sea or take a stroll to the city centre of Valras-Plage, you're sure to enjoy everything this beautiful area has to offer. During your stay at our apartment, discover French cuisine and many activities nearby including golf, the cinema, water sports, and more.

Our 45 m2 rental is the perfect place to explore all that Valras-Plage and BĂ©ziers have to offer.
âą 1 Bedroom: double bed
âą Living Area: pull-out sofa bed, TV + private terrace or loggia
âą 1 Bathroom: shower & separate toilet.
âą Kitchenette: fridge, ceramic hob, mini-oven, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher. For easy clean-up, borrow our vacuum cleaner, available upon request.

âą Food and Drink: Hungry? Sit on the patio at Restaurant Chez Maryse et RĂ©gis, a French restaurant we highly recommend close to the sea and a 5-minute drive from the resort. There are also a few pizza restaurants nearby.
âą Outdoor Activities: When youâre done with the sun and surf, take the car to the city centre of Valras-Plage, a 2.8 km drive from the residence. For a fun outing, take in a concert at Le Palais de la Mer, a performance hall, just a 15-min drive.
⹠Places to See: Take the kids to Palais de la Maquette - musée Lego, a lego museum 2.8 km from the apartment.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
âą Dive into our outdoor swimming pool, open every day from 10 am to 8 pm from the beginning of April to the end of October. Pool access requires swimwear (traditional briefs or swimsuits). Long wetsuits, shorts, and loose clothing are not allowed.
âą Bed linen is not included but can be rented on-site for âŹ16/kit
âą Beds can be made on arrival for âŹ10
âą Towels are not provided but can be rented on-site for âŹ12/kit/week
âą Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure, or an end-of-stay cleaning will be provided for âŹ50 to âŹ80
âą Wi-Fi (limited access) is free at the reception
âą A cleaning kit is available for âŹ3.90/ kit
âą Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of âŹ300 and a small daily tourist tax calculated as a percentage of the stay
