Welcome to our beautiful detached villa located just 350mt from the vibrant city center and 500mt from the beach. The villa is situated in the quiet and peaceful area of Lido dei Pini.
The neighborhood is rich with points of interest, ensuring that there is something for everyone to enjoy. Families will appreciate the nearby playground, perfect for keeping the little ones entertained. For those who love scenic walks, the lighthouse walk offers breathtaking views and a serene environment. Pluto Beach is a favorite spot for sunbathers and swimmers, while the local pharmacy provides convenience for any necessities. The area is dotted with a variety of bars and restaurants, offering a range of dining options from casual bites to gourmet meals.

This spacious villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, making it an ideal choice for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation.

The villa is built on three levels. On the ground floor you will find a porch with a private garden, a bathroom with shower, an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with all the essentials, including a microwave, allowing you to prepare meals, a room with a bunk-bed.
On the first floor the apartment provides a full modern bathroom with shower, one bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds ensuring ample sleeping arrangements for all guests. Both bedrooms provides a covered lovely terrace.
On the attic there is a solarium where you can enjoy your outdoor time during your vacation.

For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with tv sat, washing machine, air-conditioning, ensuring a cool and pleasant environment during the warmer months.
