This beautifully furnished and spacious 3-bed townhouse in Riviera del Sol is the perfect getaway! Enjoy a relaxing stay with a bright open-plan living & dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Unwind in the private garden, terrace and rooftop terrace, or take a dip in the shared pool. Overlooking Miraflores Golf course and just a short drive to beautiful beaches, bars and restaurants. Ideal for families and friends it offers both comfort & convenience for an unforgettable holiday experience.
We are very excited to welcome you to our beautiful 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse in the heart of Riviera del Sol. Our bright and stylish townhouse offers the perfect blend of comfort and style.
Whether you're unwinding in the sun or enjoying a leisurely meal with friends and family, our private terrace and garden provides a serene setting. If you prefer all-day sun, we have our rooftop terrace boasting stunning views across Miraflores Golf course, and the shared pool is only a few steps away!
Inside, our townhouse is thoughtfully designed with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The open-plan living area is bright and airy, leading out to the private terrace and garden, while the fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals. The townhouse comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, ensuring everyone has a restful stay. Each of the three bedrooms is elegantly furnished, with the master featuring a Super King bed and an ensuite bathroom. The 2 further bedrooms each have twin beds and a spacious shared bathroom. The master bedroom and one of the twin rooms have the added luxury of a private balcony, with spectacular views over the pool and golf course.
Located in Riviera del Sol, our townhouse is just a short drive from the stunning beaches of Mijas Costa, and local shops and restaurants - an ideal base for enjoying the best of both relaxation and adventure in the Costa del Sol. Additionally, our townhouse includes a private parking space, making it easy to come and go with peace of mind.
For your convenience, we provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet rolls and kitchen roll. These should last you a couple of days.
Guests will have private access to the entire apartment other than a couple of cupboards above the bedroom wardrobes. The garden and pool is shared with residents of the building. There is a free allocated parking space for your use only.
The property is personally inspected and managed by Pass the KeysÂź, a professional short-let property management company.
Offering a hotel-like experience, Pass the Keys has an industry-leading high cleaning standard. All properties benefit from having hotel-grade linens and all the home comforts you probably expect (like shampoo, soap, hair dryer, iron etc.).
If you do need some assistance before or during your stay, the property manager is local to the property and the guest support team is available 24/7. We look forward to welcoming you!
Check-in to this property is by remote check-in after 3pm.
Check-out time is 11am. A âŹ50 charge will be requested if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleanerâs schedule.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
