Walk in to the apartment past the bathroom on your left and into the spacious open plan living area with kitchen and dining space. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare an evening meal or an English breakfast. The lounge area has a smart tv and a dining table for 4 people. Off the living room is the double bedroom and the twin bedroom both with storage space for your clothes.
- Parties are strictly prohibited, this is a quiet residential area, not suitable for events
- Extra guests are not allowed unless previously authorised
- This is a no smoking home. Please do not smoke inside the home, or in the garden/at the front of the property. If we find evidence of smoking in any of these areas, a £50 charge will be applied for the additional cleaning costs.
- We do not allow the use of candles, ethanol burners or any other naked flame items. This is a safety precaution to help us prevent a fire starting in the home
- Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Please keep the noise down, especially after 10pm
- It is not permitted to charge electric vehicles using the property's electricity supply, unless there is a designated electric vehicle charging point
