This modern and charming 2 bedroom apartment is set within contemporary development in a prime location in the Northern Quarter, Manchester. The beautiful interior has all the amenities required for up to 4 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay, including an open plan living space with a large balcony and fully equipped kitchen. You will be within walking distance of all that central Manchester has to offer - the perfect city base!
The Space:
This stunning apartment has been finished to a high standard and features plush furnishings and modern fixtures and fittings throughout. The floor to ceiling windows throughout bathe the rooms in natural light and add to the feeling of space. The open plan living area comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, as well as a dining table, sofa, armchair and a smart TV. The living room and master bedroom have access out on to the balcony - the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine, and take in the views of the city skyline. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment, great for those that need to work, and keeping connected on social media. The spacious bedrooms feature plenty of storage space for clothes and comfortable double beds with crisp hotel linen. There is a modern family bathroom with a shower over bath, and the master bedroom also has an en-suite shower room. Complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels are provided at the start of your stay.
Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to all parts of the property.
The Neighborhood:
Being so centrally located, you will be within walking distance of all the city centre attractions, including the Arndale shopping centre, Chinatown, various museums and galleries, as well as a huge array of restaurants, bars, clubs and music venues. You are also close to the Northern Quarter - A trendy neighbourhood, with vibrant street art, bohemian bars and independent record shops. There's an Aldi supermarket just around the corner for your grocery needs, and Manchester Piccadilly train station is just a 10 minute walk away.
Getting Around:
The city centre is entirely accessible on foot from the apartment and you have plenty of amenities right on your doorstep. If you a travelling slightly further, there are local tram and bus stops at Piccadilly Station, and New Islington, both just 10 minutes walk away. Piccadilly Train Station has national rail links to the rest of the UK and is only 10 minutes walk or a short taxi ride from the apartment.

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order for us to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to the late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
