Bright, comfortable, fully equipped apartment for up to 5 guests, located in a quiet gated complex with a large pool and a separate childrenâs section. Enjoy sea views, ultra-fast WiFi, air conditioning, Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Just 1 km from the beach (walkable, uphill on the way back), and close to a supermarket, pharmacy, and restaurants. A lovely city park with a fantastic playground is right next door. Bus stops are around the corner, with easy access to La Mata (2 km) and Torrevieja (5 km).
10 minutesâ drive to a water park, shopping centre and gym. Explore nearby pink salt lakes (Las Salinas), or enjoy a round at Las Colinas golf club (30 min). La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre is also just 15 minutes away.

This one just clicked â spacious, quiet, lovely views from the terrace, green communal areas, a proper swimming pool, and still close to everything with a popular airport nearby. We looked at properties closer to town centres, but they just didnât feel right â too busy, no parking, small pools hidden between buildings, and no views.
Then we found Casa del Mar, and it instantly felt right. The area is peaceful but still well-connected, and the complex has everything we were hoping for â a lovely swimming pool, open communal spaces with grass and trees, and a feeling of space and calm around us. What I love most is sitting out on the terrace, enjoying the fresh air and the views. Itâs a place where you can truly relax, but still be close to everything you might want to explore.

What makes Casa del Mar stand out is the balance it offers â itâs peaceful and spacious, but still close to everything. Unlike many places we viewed, itâs not cramped or surrounded by concrete. Here, you get open green spaces, a proper swimming pool you can actually enjoy, and a lovely view from the terrace where you can sit and just breathe.
Thereâs no need to fight for parking or deal with crowds, yet the beach, shops, and restaurants are all within easy reach. Itâs simple, comfortable, and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. We chose this place because it felt like a real escape â and thatâs exactly what we hope our guests feel too.
