From here, youâll discover the cozy sitting room, beautifully styled for relaxation with a log burner, plush sofas and an armchair, and a Smart TV. Bedroom 6 is accessed via this snug on the ground floor.
At the rear, overlooking the garden, lies the heart of the homeâan impressive open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area. With sofa seating for eight, a dining table to match, and another Smart TV, itâs perfect for entertaining. The impeccable kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance you could wish for, and features a breakfast bar for five, a hidden walk-in pantry, and an instant hot water tap.
Bifold doors open onto the landscaped garden, complete with a patio, lawn, a sauna for six, gym, and a cold-water outdoor shower for a refreshing touch. Outdoor furniture will be added too for our first guests in Summer 2026.

Bedroom two features a king-size bed and its own en-suite shower. Bedrooms three and four include double beds, while the stunning family bathroom hosts another freestanding bath and rainfall shower.
The second floor, converted from the attic, houses a fifth double bedroom, rounding off the layout with charm and practicality.

Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property. Guests who wish to smoke must do so on the street away from the premises. Please be mindful when handling luggage or belongings to avoid any damage to the panelled walls, which are an integral part of the homeâs elegant design.
We aim to provide you with the most comfortable stay. If you experience any issues, please let us know upon check-in, and we will address them swiftly. Out of respect for neighbours, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 11 pm and 7 am. Additionally, guests must refrain from socialising outdoors after 11pm and the sauna cannot be used after this time.
Shoes must be removed on carpeted areas to maintain their pristine condition, and all waste must be placed in the bins provided. While we do allow events, we kindly remind guests that all other rules must still be adhered to. Under no circumstances can banners or balloons be taped or tacked to the walls to preserve the immaculate finish of the property.
