Nestled in the charming seaside village of Hemsby, this end-of-terrace cottage offers a welcoming retreat and is just one mile from the sandy beach and traditional amusement arcades. Perfect for smaller families, friends, and couples, the cottage provides a comfortable base for a relaxing getaway.
The village has 2 mini-mart shops, a butcher and a café. 3 friendly village pubs, one is within easy walking distance, while the enclosed garden offers a private outdoor space to unwind, whether enjoying a morning coffee or a peaceful evening under the stars.
Hemsbyâs prime location makes it an excellent choice for exploring. There are 45 miles of unspoilt coastline to explore and the famous, Norfolk Broads National Park of over 125 miles of navigable lock-free waterways. The rivers are best explored by boats, and daily river trips and boat hire are available locally. Wroxham, known as the capital of the broads, offers riverside restaurants, cafĂ©s, shops, daily boat hire and river trips. The traditional seaside resort of Great Yarmouth, 8 miles away, has funfairs, amusements, crazy golf, a pier, a model village, a Sea Life Centre, a Waxwork Museum, a theatre, a cinema, a wide sandy beach, a shopping centre with market and an indoor leisure centre with wave swimming pool and bowling alley.
Enjoy a family day out at Thrigby Wildlife Gardens which has a childrenâs play area and is just 6 miles away, for shopaholics head to the City of Norwich, 21 miles away, for two indoor shopping malls, a market square, plenty of pubs, restaurants and cafĂ©s, a theatre, a castle museum, cinema complexes and a cathedral. The area is a paradise for nature lovers with fabulous walks and trails to explore, and great cycling opportunities. Hemsby Beach is a wide sandy beach which stretches for miles. Winterton on Sea Beach is 2 miles. Horsey Beach is a fantastic place to watch birdlife and seals from November to February, where the seals and their pups fill the whole beach. Beach 1 mile. Shop 0.5 mile. Pub and restaurant 150 yards.
